I have a kids barbie Mp3 player that wont install because I have windows 7. It says I need XP or Vista. Now we all know most vista drivers work. Is there any way I can rip and edit this image to pass up this check or to set on of the checks to 7? It wont let me attempt to install it with 7 at all. Thanks.

Maybe you can skip the loader and go straight to the installer else where on the disk via explorer. Really would need the disk to know more.

Try extracting the setup files with Uniextract from http://legroom.net/software/uniextract

Or, if you have another Xp/Vista OS disk, load a VM install the software and extract the drivers with Double Driver or like.

Stretching - try doing a run as XP compatibilty thing.

thats probably your best bet. find the setup.exe or installer app on the cd rom and select compatibility mode for xp.

or check the website (mattel or whatever the company is) and see if they have a new version you can download
