Editing PDF files

    Morning; I would like to insert a picture into a pdf file that we utilize from the web. It contains interactive fields which me change data daily and there is a box to insert a company logo if desired.
    How do I do this and what software would be needed if any other than Adobe 8.0?
    Would appreciate any help!
