Editpad Lite: Can't Find This Editor Setting!

Hi! I'm excited that, recently, I got a new computer at a day program and have been stuffing it. I'm doing a lot of my computer work on it and use EditPad Lite for much of my text editing. Sometimes, I need to skip a whole paragraph or function and have it set that way on my home computer but can't find the setting on the day computer. Where is it? BTW, can I comment out many lines at a time using EditPad Lite? If so, how?
