eetu.exe, what is it and how do I remove it

Windows XP machine.

When I open up IE I check processes and eetu.exe and !update.exe have started. I cannot get rid of them. Anyone know what they are and how I can remove them?

A quick search revealed that eetu.exe is a malware file. I hesitate to give advice on such issues, as MajorGeeks has a SpyWare Specific forum that deals exclusively with problems such as this, and the people in that forum are better qualified to give advice on removal than me.
