Efficient Networks Help

I am putting EnterNet300 on a computer so i can connect to the internet. When i run the profile wizzard i get the message:

E0083: Profile wizzard fournd adapters installed in your computer but did not find any with a TCP Stack configured.

I have used this adapter with enternet 300 before. This all happened when i reinstalled windows 98.

Is there some kind of setting i have to configure? Please help.

Error: Profile wizard did not find any with a TCP stack configured (E0083)

A: EnterNet requires the Microsoft TCP protocol to be bound to both the ethernet or DSL adapter and the Efficient Networks PPPoE adapter. Verify this by viewing the properties of your Network Adapters from the Control Panel. If a TCP protocol is actually bound to the adapter, then uninstall your copy of EnterNet and download and install the latest version

 

I have checked Efficient's site, and i have found that information. I have the newest version, and i looked around in the properties and couldnt seem to find any thing.

Any more suggestions?
