Eh huh? Incompatible G33 driver?

I recently had to reinstall my OS to fix some problems with system files and stuff. That was like almost two weeks ago now. I upgraded to Vista Service Pack 1 and all and so far everything is going fine. However yesterday night Vista started complaining that my Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family had incompatible drivers and that the drivers failed to load. So I went into device manager to confirm it and it reported the same thing along with a Code 43 which when I looked it up was a failure to load a driver due to incompatibility. Now G33 is the chipset my motherboard uses itself so I didn't disable the device. However I did disable the device a few times but made sure to re-enable it before closing out device manager. Vista is telling me it's a driver for a graphics card so I don't know maybe my motherboard has a integrated gfx card? Which makes no difference I use a GeForce 9600 GT for gaming so I'm not out of a GFX card, and I'm able to reboot the PC no blue screen. The PC came with a 8xxx Geforce I think it was the 8600? But I replaced it with the 9600 GT. Does my motherboard have a integrated gfx card I don't know about and that's what it's reporting because the PC boots and shuts down fine and operates fine to. Am I worrying too much and should just ignore it?
