Every time I reboot my Laptop I have to manually go into the control panel and enable the Elan smart-pad that control's the scrolling for the mouse. I can not figure out why. After a reboot the Elan smart-pad is still enabled, although I have to unchecked and recheck the box and apply the setting for it to work. Does anyone have an ideas how this is happening and how to fix it? This has been going on since I purchased the Laptop.
