elbyCDIO.dll missing

    Hi Guys.....When my computer starts up I am getting the following message.
    This application failed to start because elbyCDIO.dll was not found.
    I installed clonecd from a disc and it was not working properly so I deleted it and that is when Istarted to get this message. Everything else seems to be working fine. Do I need to getthis file again or can you tell me how to stop it popping up at start up.

    type msconfig on the run command and go to startup and uncheck the files.
