Emachine help

I started my emachine it looked like it was booting up fine ...but then it went to the menu for safe mode / restore to last running confg..so i just restarted the computer and went to safe mode it started safe mode but went back to the safe mode menu..i can not get it to go past that menu screen ..this started after loading trent micro software..i cant get to the remove software menu to remove that software or in the os to restore ...any idea's

 

We've had quite a few threads in here about these booting loops in the last couple of days. None of it seemed malware related but now I'm beginning to wonder. It's epidemic...
