Emachine yikes! Admin lock out - OS disc recovery?

Hello.

I'm calling myself Septra for this board and I am in dire need of help. I have spent the last year and a half trying to fix my computer after getting it fixed by a computer tech. Why? Because both my admin accounts have been locked by a different password and the same problem exists with the backdoor on my windows XP run computer.

I can't get around PC Angel to install the software, I finally have a CD/dvd rom to work with and it's driving me zaney...

Help? Please? I want my computer back.:cry

Eyup. First thing I tried... (something about needing admin access.):cry

 

How are you using the file that I linked to? This is an ISO file and should be burned with something such as this, http://www.majorgeeks.com/ImgBurn_d4870.html. This will produce a bootable CD that will allow you to change the Administrator password. Make sure that the boot order is changed in BIOS to CD first.

I've tried the suggested method and ran into 'yet' another problem. PC Angel keeps coming on asking for discs to copy onto and then just as swiftly jumps to trying to LOAD empty discs... I'm not sure what to do next and my local tech people are useless... rolleyes.

Is there a way to circumvent pc angel?
