emachines help me recover (i'm new here)

    i have an old emachine w3115. i can get it to the recovery screen
    but i need a disk . it won't go anywhere else. what can i do or how
    can i get a recovery disk.

    Can you get to Safe Mode?
    If not:
    You will either have to order a new recovery disc from eMachines or buy a new OS disc.
    eMachines has several support options:
    you can contact them by Phone, Email a Tech or Live Support chat.
