Emachines wierd bugs

I've got this emachines computer that for some reason,
works in my office, but not in my friends office,
whenever i hook it up here, i have no problems, but as
soon as i hook it up in his office, it will power on but the monitor gets no signal, the keyboard gets no power, and it doesn't sound like it's booting at all,
the hard drive doesnt churn or anything, i can honestly say i've never encountered anything similar to this.

i have hooked it up at two separate desks and still nothing
however i have hooked it up at 3 of my desks and it works fine,
I'm rackin my brain trying to figure out whats causing this,
any suggestions would be much appreciated,

 

never mind, wierdest thing,
turned out to be the dern keyboard
