Email blockages

    I have a client thats causing problems with my emails.

    Every time they send me an email it fails to download and stops everything else being downloaded from the mailserver.

    Every email from the client starts with --> in the message body even though the client doesnt add it when she sends a mail.

    Could this be causing the problem and if so who needs to resolve it? Can I do it from my end or does she have to do it from hers?
