email does not arrive issue

I hope you guys can help, as my hosting comany support dont seem able to.

I have four domains a,b,c,d If I send mail from a to b it arrives no problem. If I send mail from a to c and d it does not arrive or generate a bounce back. both c and d are hosted on the same server.

c and d both recieve other mail no problem

a recieves mail from the other 3 no problem

I need to do some prospecting emails from a and I need to be sure that customers will receive them.

So any ideas please??

 

if you send mail from B can C or D get it?

Is it possible that you are typing in the e-mail address wrong?

 

Hi there, firstly regarding spelling... no, I am sure. It would be odd if I got both urls wrong.... so discounted...

Yes if I send mails from B to C and D then they arrive and are visible

Are you sending them from the Web access or from a program on your computer such as outlook?

 

Thanks, both webmail and outlook were affected. The very slow support team have now fixed an error on the server and it all seems to be sorted. Thanks soso much for your consideration
