email Files not displayed

    I am running Visa, and whenever I download a ".WMV" email attachment (using Yahoo web mail) it never comes up and runs. In fact I cannot find the file, and I have directed the download location just to be sure that I know where it is stored. The file does not show up no matter where it is stored. I suspect that there is a setting somewhere that is preventing the downloaded files from being displayed but that is a guess. Any help in this area will be appreciated.
