Email Hijacked?

Hi,


One of my customers seems to have his email hacked, many emails going out blocking legit emails as ISPlimits outgoing emails to 500 an hour, I ran combofix and malwarebytes, then hijackthis, got a log, looks clean but would like a second opinion as even after changing email password emails are still going out.

Please have a quick look at the HJT log attached.

Unfortunately malware has progressed to the point that HJT logs are of very little use nowadays. I did review yours and nothing malicious is found.

If you would like me to check for malware on the PC you would need to go through this thread: READ & RUN ME FIRST Malware Removal Guide

Then attach all the logs from the READ & RUN ME FIRST Malware Removal Guide thread into this one if you are still having issues.

 

Thank you for offering help, usually combofix along with hitman pro & malwarebytes does the job, looks like everything' back to normal.
