Email Mailer-daemon

Using Windows Live Mail, I noticed this week that one person was not receiving emails from me. They were being returned Mailer-Daemon. I create another email and send it to him but 4 emails would be sent and he would not receive any. By the end of it all 13 emails were being sent when I sent him one email but my email showed error's not sent. When I looked at my sent folder they were be copies of the emails with my address in the to line and subject line. The first one was dated Feb. 15/18.

I emailed him through webmail (shaw) and he would receive them. So I knew I wasn't being blocked by his email or there wasn't a problem with the mail server.

Did a scan with Windows Security Essentials and it show I had a potential problem with "svchost" and it would disappear with no other information. MalawareBytes didn't show any problems.

I am attaching the logs as per your suggestions and would appreciate any assistance you may have. I have stopped using Windows Live Mail to send emails and am just using webmail till I make sure I am not infecting anyone.
