Email Not Synced?

Hello
I use the Windows mail client. It is synced, to my knowledge, with my main account which is my MS account.
After deleting messages from my MS account I still find these messages in the inbox of the default client-Mail.
Could you suggest a sync issue to correct or is this just a latency problem that would eventually catch up.

I like Mail in 10 but it does have sync issues, in my case with the Gmail servers. They resolve themselves if you wait long enough but it has caused me to revert to Thunderbird, which has no such problems.
