Email pictures too big: How shrink ?

i got an email with pictures, pdf i think: how can i shrink them ? thanks

 

Use http://majorgeeks.com/IrfanView_d4253.html to view the images, then you can re-size them from within the program. I don't remember which menu its under, but I'm sure with a little searching, you can find it.

I have used this for ages and find it works very well, it sits in your system tray, uses very few resources and shrinks pics on the fly.
