Email Problem

    .....apologies if this isn't the right place for this problem...... couldn't seem to locate a specific place for it.
    After I sign into my Yahoo mail account and attempt to check my inbox it keeps opening up a File Download box. It has only just started to do this... any suggestions would be welcomed.
