email problems

Hey Gang,
I feel like I just bug all of ya'll to death,asking for help all of the time. FYI: I did go purchase a legal copy of XP I learned don't use priated software.

Now here is the email problem. I belong to a newgroup alti. multimedia xena-herc. Well, I always recieved the post from my outlook express acount from my ISP server RoadRunner. Well it has been unstable at most. Sometimes the messages come through and sometimes not. What email server can I use that will allow me to atleast view some of my newgroups posting?
