Email Service That Can Auto Delete Emails After A Certain Time

Are there any email services that can auto delete emails permanently (from the deleted box, too) after a certain period of time?
If not, my second choice would be to have software do this (a mail client).
Last resort: a service that has an API, where I can somewhat easily write a script myself (would be a new learning endeavor for me).

 

only service close to this is something like https://10minutemail.net/ which destroys your inbox within a certain time limit but you can extend it before the time runs out.

 

Thanks, that could be handy in certain situations but not exactly what I am looking for.
Ideally, I would like to have the emails stay for a week, then delete, and maintain the email address for years to come.

 

Agree with TimW the messages will delete in the trash can after 30 days.

 

The same with Outlook Mail.

You can create a rule to move messages to the Trash Folder after 1 week. 30 days later they will automatically be deleted.

Those email addresses wont have passwords.
