Hello to all.....did a quick search and found nothing usable.

I have a client that wants a certain set of Outlook 2003 folders (in his mailbox) moved to a public folder for others to see. I said no problem and set up an archive for these folders, directed it to the shared drive, and set the auto-archive to update once a day to keep it current.

Well.....that is not what he wanted apparently. He wants them to look like files other users can go in and use whenever they want.....and not go through the process of adding the .pst file to view in their profile.

The only way I can think of is to build the folder structure from scratch and then "save as" every email individually. This is going to be waaaay too time consuming.

Anyone have any other suggestions? Does Outlook have an export option that can do this?

    Thanks !

    Mike

    Hey Tx..... yes it is.
I set the permissions for the .pst file so that everyone would be able to view it in the public folder. He doesn't want it set up as an archive though.......basically as a .msg file.
