Email Worm or Virus HELP?

    I have been trying to get rid of an email worm or virus for a few days...I get messages from my anti virus software (now McAfee) saying Potential worm activity detected...5 emails sent in the last 5 seconds...I did a scan and it didn't find anything...I tried with Norton to with no luck...the subject lines look like gobbledy gook...I need help! Mark
