I tried a Google search but didn't find anything and tried the search feature on this forum.

My trainer sent me a very important software upgrade through a Skype text. I was able to download the software and install it but the software it's acting up. I think I read somewhere that sometimes when you e-mail or send programs this way instead of downloading off an internet they can get corrupted. Is this true?

I'm thinking about asking her for permission to download it right off the site but want to make sure I have my facts straight before I do. I've already tried a reinstall and rebooting my computer.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Bringing this to the top in case anyone knows. Can software get corrupted more easily if e-mailed?

    Anyone?
