Emails are suddenly blocked.

I have a friend who uses AOL for her email. I've been able to email her from the work address without difficulty, but just this week she sent me a message and was told the address was blacklisted.
I have had AOL do this to me before through my email account with JustHost. I was able to get it unblocked once but a few days later it was blocked again.
Seems the only email account I have that AOL doesn't dislike is the Gmail account.
If anyone's had a similar problem with AOL and found a solution, I'd like to hear from you. I did try to contact AOL directly but couldn't, because I don't have an account with them.

 

She can't add your email as 'safe' or 'not spam', from an older email with that address?
