   I'm trying to help my daughter with Win Live mail which I don't use.
   She uses windows 7 home and Windows Live mail.
   Every email that comes in to the inbox is immediately copied to the libraries/pictures folder, but still stays in the inbox also.
   When deleted from the inbox, it still stays in the pictures folder.
   Why would this be?
   Any help you could provide would make me look like a hero, and I would appreciate it greatly. :-D

   She does not have 2 copies; just a pointer to where the email is.
