embedded links in videos

    i downloaded videos from General Motors website and when i play them it asks for a license. it then gets the license from who knows where and opens between 2 and 4 popups in IE which i dont use. i dont have spyware. someone tell me how to take these darn things out of here please!! my friend said that some places do that on pourpose to get a lower price on webspace (ads).. i really dont think thats GM's top concern though.... any help..or if anyone has utilities that can remove these i would greatly appreciate it...
