Emergency boot disks for Server OS?

Anyone know if there's a way to create an emergency boot disk for a Windows server OS (2k3)? I remember there was a mechanism back in the NT/2000 days, but not sure about today... Looking for something reliable that can be generated off of a current image, and not a generic "boot this for a DOS prompt" kind of thing.

    Thanks!

Surely such a system must exist?
