Empire Earth fans here?

Hi guys,
I like Empire Earth and still play it with a friend of mine, but I'd like to try something newer but similar. I've read some not so good things about Empires, any other suggestions?

 

I suggest you try Rise of Nations... great game.

 

Thanks, I'll check it out. How do you like multiplayer? What's combat like compared to EE?

 

Multi player is a lot of fun the only problem is I wish there were more people on-line. Still it is not hard to find a game. You can play up to an 8 player game on line, and nearly every aspect of it is customizable. I used to play empire earth a while back but I enjoy this one more. It also is fun in single player the AI is top notch and the conquer the world mode is fantastic. Any rts fan should enjoy this one.

 

Thank you very much dewback, I really appreciate the info. I'm still checking it out and will probably get it but I just wanted to say thanks for the info. It seems a little more complicated than EE, was it easy to adjust to attrition damage, economy....? I'll post back if there are some more questions (especially if/when I get it).
