Have a look at what a crafty ex employee did as he created a copy of our site and then changed the phone number to his house number. Our site is www.thefuturenet.ca and the one MR Crafty designed is www.futurenetcontacts.com
everything backfired on him when I discovered the site late one night while browsing the search engines. Now he is being sued by several of our clients as he sold our products to them and he is also being sued by us as well. I guess paying him $1500.00 a week wasn't enough!!!
Any feed back would be much appreciated and feel free to email him at [removed]
Maybe you can be real crafty for me and email him a request for a sample of his product thus waisting his time, after he sends you one tell him your interested and ask how to pay for the product, then tell him to F*#@ O##, Thanks his name is [removed].

That really sucks. I'd kill for 1500 a week. but that's canadian, so that's like 1214.00 US right now. Which is STILL killer cash.. what would possess him to do something like that?

People amaze me with their displays of idiocy...

I would not stoop to an un-professional level like your ex-employee has done, just let the courts/lawyers sort it out.

I know its annoying what he has done and I bet your thinking of ways to get him back but I wouldnt bother, your clients know the score and news of his actions will filter to other companys in the same sector you deal in, so he wont get much business.

hate mail from strangers telling him what an obvious prick he is wont get you anything. Rise above, let the courts take over, and if you just cant stand it put flamming poo on his porch ring the doorbell and run.

    hahahaha!!!
    Yes!
If you ``flame-poop'' his front porch, we want pictures of it posted here!

    haha!

At least your customers know what's up now.
Remember, they say in the NFL, its always the guy that `returns the favour' that gets busted with a penalty, so, be cool!

I agree that it seems best handled in civil proceedings. Just make sure you don't get a crack-pot lawyer if you go to trial!

    haha... flaming poop! :p ;) :)

The flaming poo stunt could get you an arson charge.

I used to work in a place that _had_ an employee who was using our offices to run his own computer sales and consulting business on the side. Had cards and ebay pages made with our address and his office phone number on hit. He even charged overtime to work on other jobs - The excuse was to monitor nightly backups. That's what you get when you have a manager who doesn't know or monitor what their employees are doing.

He was always paranoid. Everything he did was none of our business. The irony was that after coming up short on hardware we thought was in stock, he was given the task of designing an inventory system. That project never got done......

    Yep futurenet,
this is what lawyers are for... so we don't have to settle the scores out in the street like in the Wild West, that's how I see it.

People put lawyers down, but I have come to know some of them from a job I had as a security guard in a fancy building once.

Actually, they are nice enough people, and the law is a good thing. Its just a few who sue everybody for no good reason.

    Oh, and the flaming poo...

Adults don't carry on like that... I don't mean to egg anybody on to do that.

(hahaha!!! though pictures would be too funny, though!) hahaha

And, I believe that generally, what goes around comes around. Somebody will short change this fella someday and then he will know how it feels. Only a matter of time, I bet!

    :p ;)
