Emulator Site

Anyone know a good Emulator site. Was looking to play some N64 lol:major

 

if you have downloaded the game roms and do not own the game, it is illegal to play them on an emulator.

so im just not gonna discuss emulation any further here, its kind of in the grey area between allowed and not allowed in these forums.

so just google it, it really isnt that hard

 

Thanks for the info that you would give a 12 year old, unless of course your a 12 year old and then in that case thanks for the novel conversation that your generation is so profound at.
And as for telling people to google it; please post on every forum topic that answer as it would of course bring people to another forum in which the question was already ask. So in your little reply you have successfully driven people away from our wonderful forums. Thanks!

I understand your frustration FaramirX, but lighten up. A quick check of speculant's profile would have told you his age. He was just trying to be informative (with what little information you yourself provided) while remain on the correct side of MajorGeeks.com forum rules and not offer advice that could encourage you or any other member who was not knowledgeable that this is illegal activity.

Google obviously is the only advice left when an activity is not legal in these forums.

As I said in a thread you responded to in the Lounge Forum, as someone who is new to MajorGeeks.com it's probably good to sit back a little and learn a little about the members here and how they relate to one another first, before making personal comments.

In addition to Lev's good advice to hang back and watch the game before joining, may I suggest that you also take a moment to read not only the forum rules but also the sticky threads that clarify them, when you have a moment?

 

Ok, well i would also like to mention that you all are assuming activities illegal. When have an emulator is not illegal when you are in ownership of said software already. Now you assuming that i am using this purpose as a way to commit a crime is you owns fault; but please dont include me in any illegal activities that you may or may not be a part of.

Now if anyone is here to help instead of argue and rank their post numbers up that would be really helpful. Please dont spam here guys if you not fully aware of the situation.
So please ready the rules and dont simply post just to post and seem important.

With the limited information you gave in your first post it was not difficult to assume you wanted the emulator to run illegal downloads.

No one is refused help here but lets be clear anything that contravenes the rules of the forum will not be tolerated and if you are not able to adhere to that then it is suggested you look elsewhere but be assured the information will not be as good quality as here.

 

Legal or illegal, you're still not going to talk any regular member here in to posting a link to a rom-hosting site. Sorry.

 

Oh thats fine, i just found it funny how people posted quickly about not wanting to post so they could spam posts over the forums. Im just saying simply dont reply, why try and argue? I really do have almost every NES and SNES game and hate hooking them up and half them dont work, so i was just wondering where i could find a place to play some damn zelda. GUYS NO MORE POSTS HERE ABOUT NOT POSTING PLEASE JUST PASS BY. NOt that hard. Im sorry you cant help, doesnt mean you have to flame it up. Was just trying to find a nice community of people, but you cant even ask an honest question here without 1435 people trying to jack their posts number up with rules. Im going to go spam someone thats trying to ask for networking problems about rules involving stealing internet because they probably are. Idiots.

Looks like Major Attitude developed one. And good for him, too.When I was in the Military, we always respected a leader that took up for his men.

 

Developed? He's always had a very good one. Just follow the rules, and this is a very nice community, where you can get help for nearly anything geek-related.

Now I need to go find a spam thread so I can pad my post count some more
