EncodeHD: convert video to HD formats

On today's MG front page, I see we have EncodeHD which is an easy-to-use program for converting videos to HD formats for your on-the-go device, or you home media player. It's been released under the GPL and is open-source. However, when I tried using it, it continued to error out. A quick visit to the EncodeHD home page revealed the reason I was getting the errors. The quote below was copied directly from the EncodeHD site:

I'm thinking that the MG admins/owners should include that quote with the embedded hyperlink with the description here at MG to try to avoid people getting the errors I was getting. As soon as I followed the steps outlined in that quote, all was well.....
