Encryption software?

Hello, all. I was wondering if you'd take some time to help me out. I looking for an encrypting program/software that would allow me to make an executable file with a passphrase/key of some sort to send an encrypted message to a person who doesn't have the software on their system but would be able to recieve an encrypted message anyway because they would have the executable and the passphrase/key thing. I need at least a 448 bit. Does anyone know if that kind of software exists? I've been searching with no luck. I mean, not everyone I want to send something encrypted to is going to have a certain software on their computer (and God knows I'm not going to stomp around town installing GnuGP on everybody's computer).

Any ideas?

 

Winzip has strong encryption facilities and you forward as a Zip file. If you want a self decrypting exe file search for MP-Crypt - I got it ages ago for about $5 I think and as far as I know the exe you create is a self decrypter on machines not having the program.
