entering windows xp pro (help i'm lost)

    I tryed searching the forums,but could'nt find what I read on the computer as problems. It's a Dell GX50 With windows XP prof. os. I have received 3 alerts as follows #1=\i386\ntkrnlmp.exe.error code 7 #2=system32\drives\Fastfat.sys #3=\i386\biosinfo.inf anyway i cant enter windows as a result. I hope im doing this right and in the right place if not i sincerely apoligize.I'm not yet very familiar with your site and it's proper use,can anyone help my problem and prabably me too, LOL thank you graywolf

    Hi

    Can you enter Windows ok via Safe Mode (F8 at boot)? if so try last known System Restore point.

    If not then its likely you will need to do a repair install of Windows XP and do you haev the XP CD? if so then follow this guide http://michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm#RI
