Epox 8k5a3+ error code 25 HELP PLEASE!!!

Hello,
My brother's machine runs very slow on the internet and keeps losing connection (onboard lan) at various intervals. His machine will also lockup at intermittent times too. Reseated ram and got error code: 25 and no video. Any help appreciated.
Machine (from what i can tell):
Athalon 2700
512 mb ram (one stick not sure brand)
Gainward Geforce 4
2 SATA drives (unsure of these) raid
soundblaster live x-gamer 5.1
Epox 8k5a3+

Sorry for vague descriptions, but it went belly up before I could get most of the info. Also, his cable modem connection is fine, plugged my laptop in and lightning fast connection.

 

have you run memtest? sounds like his RAM may have gone bad

the only other solution, that i know of, would be to do a full reinstall
