Epson Artisan 835 Paper Feed Problems

I have been printing on envelopes without too much trouble, only putting 10-15 in at a time and just an occasional jam happening, got about 90 done, but today I am finishing the project and now the printer won't pull anything up, even regular paper, just about 1 inch of paper gets moved. Any clues as to what I can do? I've turned it off, replaced the paper, used compressed air everywhere and searched online for advice but nothing addresses this issues (i.e not card stock etc). I read about cleaning the rollers but other than that, does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
