Epson Printer XP-410

    Does any one have this printer. If you want to copy from the scanner itself the panel will not let you copy out of photo mode. Going to print settings and then paper type the arrows go blank for any other selection. This is a real problem as the photo mode takes forever to copy. epson site does not support any technical support, you must pay for it. I saw this same question asked on another forum but cannot remember which one.
