epson rx585

    hi all could someone give me some help with my printer?

    i have an epson rx585 and when i replaced the megenta ink i get a message saying that it cannot recognize ink cartridge i have tried 3 magenta and still get the message ive tried uninstalling my printer and reinsalling it but still no luck. ive searched the web for a solution but it seems that a lot of people are having the same problem with the magenta ink cartridge .
