erase all exe. on my computer now system restore wont work.

System restore is more meant for bringing back settings. Not bringing back files you deleted. How do you accidentally delete all exe's anyways?

To be perfectly honest there is a good chance you'll just have to reinstall everything, including windows to resolve this issue. It does depend a bit upon how you deleted them, but if they're actually deleted you've got some reinstalling to do. On theb right side at least you still have all your data.
