error 0xc0150004

I don't know what is going on with my VAIO laptop. Windows 7 64 bit. I can't open any files, it tells me not enough memory or it has the 0xc0150004 error. I can't uninstall any programs or install any programs. Without my browser Firefox or IE working I can't download directly to my computer. A week ago my computer worked, I got sick and didn't try to turn it on until yesterday and it no longer works. I did finally get it to open in safe mode and ran scans but they found no errors. When I finally got HELP to open it keeps not responding. I use MS Security Essentials, CCleaner. Action Center tells me I don't have AV protection but in my system tray it shows I'm protected by Security Essentials. I'm using my husbands computer to send this message so at least I have a way to try to get help. I can't run any malware removal programs at the moment but I'm hoping y'all can help me as you have in the past. Thank you in advance for your help.

 

I was finally able to run RK and get a log (attached). I wasn't able to run any other programs, they either just gave me the 0xc0150004 error or I was told not enough memory. while trying to run the other programs the 0xc0150004 kept popping up with coral photo and I wasn't trying to open it at all.

 

I have tried running all the malware programs in normal and in safe mode, they will not run. I get the error 0xc010004. On the MG I get a not enough memory to run and there is NOTHING running that I can see. I cant download anything to that computer or open a browser or Office. The only program I seem to be able to open are dos based games, like Jewel Quest. I tried uninstalling through control panel and I can't, I get the 0xc0150004 error with almost everything. When computer first boots up I get AdobeCollabSync.exe (0xc0150004).
