:( You say you get an Error 30 on your motherboard, but sadly, you didn't tell us anything about the motherboard!

I assume by the logo in the upper right that it is an ASUS board, but we still don't know the model number. However, I note, at least for some ASUS boards, that 30 is not an "error" code at all, but simply means the computer awoke from sleep/standby.

Every one was at some point. It is better for helpers to have too much information than not enough. And for sure, knowing which hardware we are talking about is essential.

Your motherboard manual should tell you what those numbers mean.

Obviously, the logo I saw in your screenshot threw me off. I thought that was an ASUS board.

When looking at your manual, I see on page 28, the Dr Debug codes where it shows,

That suggests code 30 may be indicating a problem with your memory. Do you see all 16GB? Is your computer working fine otherwise?

Please try the steps below and see if that correct it.

The sleep issues usually causing by VGA drivers and/or VGA card, external USB devices, Windows application running at background, memory, and/or power supply (but rare) and stays in Windows for 1 or more days without restarting the system.

    · Unplug all external USB devices except keyboard and mouse.

    · Load the UEFI/BIOS default (press F9 in BIOS), save and exit.

    · Test with 1 memory stick in A1 slot, try with another known good memory if it's same issue.

    · Install fresh Windows and mainboard drivers and VGA card driver (only) and test immediately before installing other applications.

    · Test with another known good power supply.

Please try adjust the Windows 10 " Turn on fast startup" unchecked in power option

Also try adjusting the setting of Allow hybrid sleep – off (if applied)

The no. 30 (Q-code) on the monitor is a 'feature' of ASUS motherboards. As Digirati posted, it merely shows the PC has woken from the S3 sleep mode.
Even though your PC has an ASRock motherboard, it's probably due to the ASUS monitor.

    Edit:
The bold should be ASUS graphics card.
