Error #317 n my startup hijacked by hotoffers.info or something

I have an error window come up saying the following:

Error Messages: Error #317 - Microsoft Internet Security Warning
Windows is corrupted with spyware virus.
You must patch your pc urgently to protect your system
Private info is accessed by ports:
-8080
-3128
You can patch your pc for free now and delete all spyware viruses
Click ok to choose and download free spyware removal using AntiSpy

and then I have my startpage hijacked, and hotoffers.info keeps coming up.

Please help me... I have checked for viruses with trendmicro, I've tried CWShredder, I've tried Spybot, I've tried Stinger, I've tried About:Blaster and no luck. The evil thing is still there lurckin !!

I have enclose my hijackthis log file... thank you!

P.S. Ad-aware Pro cudnt find nothing!

After doing ALL of the above if you still have a problem:

its cool bjgarrick.. i solved it.. i went on another website forum.. and managed to kill da thing!! IEhijacker.hotoffers and a few others were found.

I used escan to find the files and killlbox to kill them lol!!
