On top of the other problem that I have had with the burner, I am now having a problem with my connection. I live in the sticks so I get to experience the wonders of dialup. However, now when I go to connect, it goes thru the normal routine and when it gets to the point where it usually says "connected... registering your computer on the network" it instead has "All devices connected" and then up pops the redial screen that says "error 50". I am sure it is something I have done while trying to get my burner working again. I think it may be a drive but im not sure how to check this one. Anybody got any ideas?
By the way, it only does it half the time, im connected now... but I have been disconnected before. I also found that if I restart my system, I can get connected first try. Windows XP is the system and it is an e-machine about 9months old.
