Error 691

Hey gang-

Just got a call from my sister, 1000 miles away. All that I can tell you is that she has a relatively new DELL, and is running WINDOWS XP.

She's been unable to get onto the internet for the past 2 days. She keeps getting an ERROR 691 "User Name and Password Not Recognized...."

She's repeatedly tried to sign in with caps OFF, caps ON, U/Ls, etc.

At first, she thought that it was her ISP. (Who offers no tech support).

Then, she tried to connect using another ISP (Net Zero), and is getting the same error message.

She tried a system restore with no luck. Hasn't installed any new hardware of software recently.

Do y'all have any feedback for her? Thanks-
