    Dell Latitude D810
    Windows XP Pro SP3
Norton Symantec AntiVirus...Super Anti-Spyware, Maleware Bytes, Spybot S&D
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lately my laptop has been a little buggy: slower than it should be, errors popping up all the time, and other quircks. To be specific:
    • Whenever I use Internet Explorer I recieve a barrage of error messages. At first theyonly occurred after I would close a tab or window in iexplorer, but now they pop up during use. They read as follows: (a) Error...Sorry, but Internet Explorer has to close (send error report or no). (b) "Application Error" "Exception EAccess Violation in module rtL150.bpl@0000 5F2S. Access Violation at address 50035F25 in module 'rtl150.pbl' write of address 00650065. (c) Runtime Error at 5003A116216. (d) "iexplorer application error" "The exception unknown software exception 100X0eedfdde occurred in the application at location 0X7c812afb"--And the list goes on
    • "My documents" is no longer listed in "My Computer" although "Shared Documents" is
    • I am unable to update the virus definitions for Norton Symantec AntiVirus. It seems as though it is updating, but it never actually does and sometimes the process results in an error.

I have tried multiple maleware scanners (as listed above) and they have not come up with anything at all. So I am hesitant to believe this is all caused by a virus...hence my post here: I think something else is wrong. However, if anyone believes that I am mistaken I would greatly appreciate help in rectifying the situation.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated and recieved with humble graitiude :).

The rtL150.bpl is a Spybot error. I would uninstall and only use Norton since that alone is very good at detecting Malware. And if Malwarebytes is the paid version, the resident part of it could be conflicting with Norton. But for now, remove Spybot and see if your problems go away.

Thank you. I will heed you advice and uninstall spybot. BTW malwarebytes is not the paid version.
