error... can anyone help?!

i keep gettin this error message when i start the computer up..

i get it twice and sometimes using certain programs.. but not so much when using it....

does anyone know whats wrong with it?!..

how to fix it.. without formattin it obviosuly... cos i dont wana format it or load another windows over it.. i just wana fix the problem for now.. ill format it in bout 3 months time...
