error:cant instal windows components...

throgh the instal/uninstal icon.
i am kipping getting this error:
"Setup library msmqocm.dll could not be loaded or a function msmqocm could not be found. Contact your system administator. The specific error code is 0x7e"
-what could be the problem and the fix?

i am using win xp pro.
tryed your solution but the error still exist.
