ERror code 404

I am starting to get a rash of "error 404" codes when trying to access unrelated web sites.
Sometimes the site opens, some open with the message, and some just display that message.
is this the work of the 404 Error Terrorists groups?

you think a terrorist group hit a pet food website? It's most likely just a problem with that page.

 

I think it is the 404 Error Terrorist group, they head the list of terrorist groups in the Internet Conspiracy Theorist Handbook

 

Is it not more reasonable to assume a simple problem with the page on the website, than to blame some obscure terrorist group?
