error gaurd

    this error gaurd thing showed up on my computer when i was online and i was going to download but really unsure of what it was i researched it first and i was wanting to know are there virus' running through that program.

    also everytime i go to pogo.com and play games for a while my computer slows so much. I have to go to my spything and clean out my cookies. Is there anyway that I could go into to pogo and not have this happining.
